Daredevil
(2015 5th Series Marvel)
Annual #1

This is an old-fashioned comic book.

Panel by panel it evokes a time when the story was only one issue long and the bad guys are foiled (but not eliminated).

In this issue, Daredevil is aided by the deaf superheroine Echo as they try to thwart the plan of Klaw, who has been using soundwaves to cause problems for Daredevil for many years now.

The story is a breeze to read and is thoroughly enjoyable. It is also very clever.

There is a short piece at the end of the comic book where our hero squares off against Melvin Potter, a.k.a. the Gladiator.

This issue is a throwback to a simpler times and is a must read for Hornhead fans!
