We just released "Darkest Night" #1 and will soon be releasing "Fall from Grace" and I have just started pencils for "Nosferatu Lives."
2) Whom in your field do you admire most and why?
Well this can have so many answers. As a artist it was Jim Lee. He is the top man in the business and continues to improve his skills and is an all around nice guy. But as the founder of Hooligan Alley Comics I would have to say the Image guys. Because they had the guts to quit Marvel when they were at the top and on the top books in the world and go it on their own.
3) How did you get into the comic book field?
About 20 years ago I did a little stuff here and there. In 1996/97 I started working on my own book ("Darkest Night") but had no idea how to get it published. This past year I have dealt with some severe heath issues and my art got me through it and felt there was no time like now to launch my own company and work with up an coming creators.
4) On which title would you most like to work and why?
"X-Men" or "GI Joe." They are the books that got me into comics. I have several copies of the first issues I bought of those two books. They are the two books in my 40s that I still read religiously over and over.
5) On what project will you be working next?
Like I stated I am collaborating with Joseph S-pell on his title "Nosferatu Lives", as well as "Codename: Chameleon" and "Darkest Night" #2 for our company Hooligan Alley Comics.
